Sara Ellen Jones of Process Renovation professionally managed an inventory and distribution process review of my 6 cafés and central office/warehouse.  She efficiently interviewed employees and gathered information, organized it into a process map, analyzed it and developed insightful recommendations. At the conclusion of the project, I enjoyed her team’s clear presentation of the project’s observations and practical next steps.  I would engage Process Renovation to complete another project for me.

I also worked with Doug Jones of Process Renovation on the board of a non-profit and on the committee that oversaw the foundation’s vegetarian restaurant.   Doug’s leadership of the committee was based upon his clear understanding of the program’s role in fulfilling the foundation’s vision/mission. He empowered employees and volunteers, provided management mentoring and encouraged process improvements.  I would welcome an opportunity to work with him again.
